I've recently got a hif38 carb to go on my 998 stage one mini, but I don't know how to plumb it in

I know on my picture :
1 is the fuel inlet
3 is the fuel overflow
4 is the oil breather
What do 2 & 3 do and how are they plumbed up?
Thankyou for any help!

5 looks like some sort of take off for a vacum guage. Dont forget the tiny one in between 4 and 5 just on the edge of orange sticker, thats the dizzy advance connector.
