hi guys im taking my mini to get the wheel alignment sorted tomorrow after adding high-lo's, adjustable bottom arms and heavy duty tie rods.
i havnt added any new adjustable items to the rear but is there any adjustment in the standard setup?
searching the forum shows the ideal rear figures should be 0deg camber and 1.5mm to in. can i achieve these on the standard setup?
thanks

It's not intended to be adjustable, but you can still measure it to see if it's worthwhile altering. Then buy a kit, or get take a round file to the bracket.

I have a Mini coming round which is 'crabbing' slightly, so I'll set it to not crab by adding shims behind the rad arm bracket one side and elongating the rad arm pin hole in the bracket forward by the same amount as the shim thickness on the other side. Then I'll weld a large washer on to maintain the position of the rad arm pin when it's all back together. Toe in will be 1 mm to 2 mm.

And please don't let it toe out! That is very bad indeed.

You'd probably spend most of your time looking out of the side windows!

Yes! It is amazing what such a small amount of misalignment, in the wrong direction, will do to the handling. Going the other way, too much toe in mostly just wears the tyres.

A car with rear wheels dead parallel is nice and chuckable !

I just had a really wicked idea! A control to switch the rear toe between the normal 1/16" or thereabouts toe in and maybe 1/8" toe out. It would not be appropriate on the open road, much too dangerous, but in an empty car park.......
