Paid a small fortune for this back in the late 80s as a replacement sunroof for a Mk2 998 Cooper that I was restoring. Ended up not using it but keeping it, because "it might come in useful one day"

It is in excellent condition, (the reason I bought it in the first place), no tears, rips etc, only an area of staining on the headlining at the front which may or may not come off with a suitable cleaner. I can't guarantee that it's complete but, all the runners appear to be present as does the flip up plastic wind deflector and a variety of fixings along with a trim piece with a manufacturers name on it.

Now this may be a Webasto or a Weathershields roof, I'm not sure because the fixings and nameplate were 'thrown in with it' when I bought it. I have never tried it, to see how well it works but, I was assured it worked perfectly by the guy I bought it off. It's that good that I thought about putting in our Mk3 S but, I just can't bring myself to cut a hole in its roof

The overall size is 34" wide x 33" long, (front to back), and would cover a hole approx 30" wide x 29" long, (front to back).

Would look great on a late Mk1 or Mk2/Mk3.

I would like £50 for it collected from North Derbyshire SK23, (don't really want to post it if I can help it).
