thought this was pretty good from footman james

£151 for compprehensive for the year

1275, modded exhaust, adj suspension, racing seat , carbon fibre front

mind you i'm OLD

My rally 'S' with everything done and with a confirmed agreed value of £27,000 costs me £195 full comp.

Got mine threw today from footman James 20 years old both my 1971 and my 1992 insured for £1000 bargin!!!!!!

that's a good price, didn't think footman james were covering under 25 year olds any more.

"Old" at 33yrs here!
Got my 998, light mods (agreed value of £4000) insured fully comp (with zero no claims - it all on another car) for £99 this year.
Old has it's merits. :D

Wen I was 16 the insurance for my BSA 650cc was about £7.00.........

650cc at 16? Well that seems very legal :L and i cannot wait untill my insurance plummits as my age increases :L 6 years no claims is -60% on insurance i heard? can anyone verify this??

650cc at 16? Well that seems very legal


Back in the late 1960's/early 70's, you could ride up to 250cc as a learner at 16 and any size bike when you passed your test. You could also ride any bike above 250cc as a learner if it had a sidecar or you could also drive three wheeler cars.....happy days...wis I'd kept my Isettas
