Mk1 Interior Light Fixing

I have a 1963 Morris Deluxe that was built without an interior light. I have now bought the correct item and someone has recenty posted a great picture of where it should be fitted, but I can't determine what it should screw into. Can anyone please advise?

I believe it is attached to one of the rails for the headliner bows.

The light is screwed to a mounting bracket which is placed on top of the headlining.
