Yb racing are shocking. took my monies for a whole month telling me it should be 7-10days, now telling me they cant stock it asking me to order a different one

takes 3-4 days to answer one email, also there is NO telephone number.

trying to get my money back via PAYPAL now.. :/

Before you go off on one here have you tried Google for the telephone number. There appears to be a change of name with this business for that address and here are the details

yeah i have, seems like everyone else is having the same sort of troubles.

they have multiple different sites that sell different types of stuff, but are all part of one company.

i spoke to them just now on the phone and he said he'll get back to me.....well.....okay then

Well keep us informed but be careful how you say things as they may affect you if you have to claim through the small claims court.

At least you have got a contact number for them now, just keep ringing them or actually go to them in person. Sometimes face to face will have the desired effect.

yeah will do, the order was for a pair of harnesses that i needed for before L2B, not taking any chances, so just guna buy them from another place and try get a refund.
