hi all i got my metro turbo engine i noticed as soon as i took the head off that 2 "inlet" valves were good condition and 2 were poor after researching i found that the good tam1330m stainless valves were original and the poor condition tam1058m suposidly plated crome are after market while reading up on them i found people complaining that the tam1058m valves were de-croming after 1000 miles i also found that the tam1330m's are no longer avalible if you search tam1330m on google you get overpriced chinesse made ones that i dont really trust
any hoo has anyone got experiance on this or knows where to get valves? minispares have tam1058's but has anyone had problems with them
also the exhaust sodium fille valves are tam1361 mini spares have ahu1976 which i think are the same this is what there description is
EXHAUST VALVE 1.15 TURBO .3135 thou (7.96mm) thick and meant to be sodium filled-uses CAM6573 collets only
whats that all about ? meant to be sodium filled does that mean that on a friday they may or may not fill them with sodium ?
