Might be being slightly picky here but my Mini has the later type 2 speed plastic heater with the 2 duct pipes that stick out either side of the heater, look horrible and get in the way. I'm taking the dashboard/heater area apart soon to fix a few rattles and my non-working windscreen vents but wondered if it was possible to replace the two duct pipes which stick out with these later type ones, that I only seem to have seen on the very last MPI's (mines a 1997)

As you can see the pipes are vertical from the edges of the heater and not out to the sides. Can't seem to find these types of pipe on Minispares etc.
