I get this problem sometimes on my own commercial web-site. For security reasons it is normal to keep the data stored on a different server to the one which the actual site runs on (so if the site is hacked the data is still safe).

The message usually means that the link between the two is broken - almost always restored when the server is re-booted.

Nothing you can do guys except smile.
