I thought twins were better for bottom end torque
The twin hs4's would give you more top end power, but its at the cost of low & mid range torque. It's all to do with air speed and volume.
I'd stick with the hif44, as the twins will be a pig to set up, it can only be done properly on a rolling road. Also twins are prone to going out of balance with will result in another trip to the rolling road
