Afternoon all, just a quick one, could and one tell me the best way to remove the rear quater cards without causing much disruption? cheers.

if u put ur foot on them (either with clean shoes, or take ur shoes off) and use ur foot to push it in slightly, the u've got ur hands free to get hold of the top edge as it pops out!
if that makes sense?

Ok sound easy. Thanks, although may be a problem as ive tourn my quad muscle playing football yesterday. ill give a mate a call i think!!!! :'(

yea...id give the mate a call! or use the other leg ;)

but they should jus pop out quite easily enough! (I learnt the embarressing way.....took mine down to the local mini garage and said they were stuck...then he popped them out in about 2 secs! lol!)
