so just did an engine swap on my mini and would like to know
where the plastic tube coming out of my brake servo goes?

ive got the fuel right (bottom left hand side of carb) but where does the vacuum pipe go?

Sure its not to the inlet manifold?
The fuel overflow will be the one above the inlet, and the vacuum advance to the dizzy is the little mushroom on top of the carb near the frontas its fitted. Then the breather fits to the bigger inlet on the left of the carb.

perfect, thats where i put it but a mate that works with motorbikes questioned it saying are you sure its not to the carb Lol

Has anyone seen a breather like this came of my a+series engine but havent a clue where the filter and two wires go back onto?

not a breather I'm afraid.
The pipework attaches to the inlet manifold,and the servo.The other pipe,with the gauze and wires on is an anti dieselling valve. Normally it is shut off and seals the end of the pipe. Some engines had a tendency to run on after you turn off the key, so this valve opens and dumps a load of air into the manifold and weakens the mixture, so the engine stops. You may not need it.

Servos can connect anywhere engine side of the throttle, where you'll get maximum vacuum.

 

The anti run on valve connects to the ignition, so it's closed when the engine's running. You might manage without it, obviously it's only useful if the engine does run on after you turn it off..
