hi everyone
my wipers wont turn off? is their some sort of park switch? how do i sort this out.
and also on my alternator their is a little black box on the back of it (think it stops it from interfering with the radio) where should this be connected to as its just a single wire thats loose?

Often, the plunger on the park switch breaks or wears, so it is no longer actuated by the plastic cam which is clipped to the gear wheel inside the motor drive casing. So, because the switch does not open at the park position, the motor keeps running.

You can get a new switch, but as a temporary measure, just remove one of the wires from it, and carefully use the wiper switch to stop them in a suitable position.
