Ive seen pictures of cars with piping and wiring looknig nice and colorful, some just cover these with colorful coverings, what is this and where can i get them?

Piping you've seen is most likely silicone hoses. These are just for your water/coolant and are available from loads of different places in all sorts of colour. Prices range from about £70-£100+ for special coloured samco hoses.
Wiring can be wrapped in a number of things. Best thing is something which goes over the standard loom tape wrap if your tape wrapping is in good condition.
You can get conduit tubing which I used initially, but then found some moisture in it which I put down to condensation building up inside it. So i've now re-wrapped my loom in spiral wrap which turned out pretty nice.
Then to go over your throttle/choke cables you can run them through some silicone vacuum tubing just to liven them up a bit.

Never mind the hoses, anyone can fit those, that is a seriously shiny wiper motor! I have never seen that before.
