Bit more info needed, what width and diameter wheels and tyres are you using...?

The standard Mini Special / Innocenti / Post '84 plastic arches fit on OK without any cutting required. They're OK for 12" wheels. Which is useful if you're putting disc brakes on the front.

Not on a Clubby Estate they don't.
The only thing that really fits straight on easily without any work on a Clubby Estate will be the Zeemax kit designed for it, anything else is going to need some work. Mini Special arches especially WON'T fit as they're made of solid plastic and very non-flexible so they won't bend to the different profile. There were no arches designed expressly for this car. You can use a Traveller wood kit on the back to give you about 7/8" extra arch width if you like but the wood kit costs a fortune and you'll have to fit the whole kit. Then there's the problem that there's nothing designed to match it for the Clubman front. I have seen an estate which was converted to have the Mini front end fitted with Sportspack arches at the front and a wood kit at the rear with the arch sections modified to match the sportspack profile which looked stunning and was really well done, but again that's all major work. The most flexible arches are probably genuine Sportspack as they are rubber so they will bend to your cars profile well, but will look a bit deformed.
I think you have a Clubman Estate right, not a Mini Traveller?

I had the Wood and Pickett Delux Arches on my clubman saloon. The front arches will fit without any problems but you'll have to trim the rear ones as they curve under the rear valence on a saloon!

Genuine Wod and Pickett? Must be 'because I've got Avonbar Wood and Pickett style copies and they barely fit the standard Mini, I don't think they'd fit a Clubby well at all!

Here's a picture of my clubby estate with the normal £20 a set Mini special arches fitted. Nothing needed cutting to fit them.

Don't quite understand why everybody is saying that normal wheel arches won't fit on an estate...
The profile is still the same on an estate at the back, with the valance curving round underneath. I have a van with W&P arches on it that fitted perfectly, and an estate that i trial fitted a set of W&P arches on and again they were a perfect fit...

Oh, OK. Sorry then, I've always been lead to believe that the two were very different. But this will make it much easier for me in the future, I plan getting an estate soon.
