I need a peg drive oil pump for a 1275 cooper S. It cannnot be the smaller bore oil pump because it doesn't engage properly won the can due to length. I will take anything, NOS, part used, used, worn out etc. Let me know:). Money waiting Cheers

Yup - found it.

Do you mind if I ask why you would want a used oil pump?

Good, yup:)

I am trying to Trying to run a special tuning 649 cam in my 1275 engine. The cam was designed when the cooper s engines were still in production, and so were the oil pumps. As now they are not being made, I need one. My plan is to get your pump, knock out the pin drive bit and install it inside another oil pump. It is doable, I have spoken to someone who has done it, I just need a cooper a oil pump

Yes what you are planning is doable. Back in the dim and distant past when the 1275 Cooper S pump was higher capacity than a normal Mini I actually did this but in reverse namely, converted a new Cooper S pump to fit a 998 block by changing the pin drive shaft.
I think the adapter 5portsrock is taking about is for fitting a slot drive pump to a spider drive camshaft but it might be worth doing a bit of searching for more info.
If you still want to do the pin drive conversion let me know. Meanwhile I will have a closer look at the pump to make sure the drive pin is OK.
