You have no idea how much I wish it was still in Ashford, or that you had seen the ad about 5/6 weeks ago!! It would have saved me so much money and time!!

26 minutes and £112 :(

This is a really bad week. There better be some serious bidding!

£255.95!!! :ohno:

Mate I'm gutted for you!! The shell alone is probably worth more than that!! As a complete car I'd have reckoned it was worth £400-£500 any day of the week, even if it is an auto!! :(

Someone's got themselves a right bargain there!! <_<

I needed it to. That's not even going to cover getting it back, and I still need another 500 this month.

What a **** week. I guess it's time to sell everything. Cooper and all :(

Yeah they have got a bargain. With all costs involved I've lost a lot on this mini.

How much! :ohno: Hopefully if you're lucky they wont bother collecting or drop out. If they do collect you could always do your best to try and talk them out of it. Either way they have got a bargain there

Well the bastard clamping company now want 455 to release it not 300 (that offer was just for yesterday!). I now need to decide what to do. I want to tell them just to keep it as with the stuff in it and what it sold for its bit worth more than try want.

It's a right mess. I need to phone the winner back up and sort it out with him. I see some negative feedback coming my way now!

What a mess of a situation. This car has cost me so much in flights back to buy it, the cost, the moving it twice, the clamping - close to 2k!! Horrendous.

Yeah that's what I'm doing now. I'm getting everything together and putting it to them. I spoke to te guy who won the win, explained it all to him and he understands. He checked out the company and apparently they do have a history of taking cars without request. I make that theft and extortion. So I will be challenging this all the way to the end. I refuse point blank to pay the money for them to release it.

Yeah it's a nice little car. It's worth more than 250 English pounds of anyone's money!

If I get it back and can store it I'll probably fix it up myself. I've resigned myself to the fact that it's gone though.

Sorry I must have missed part of the chain of events here, how did a clamping company tow your car away and impound it, if it was parked on your sisters drive??
