Yes, please help us though.
When you see someone that's signed up to spam, go to their profile (click on their name in the thread/status/post that they've written) and then hit the report button. We react pretty quickly to them normally.

Better that than having the forum inundated with spam. One member today had his thread spammed quite a bit so its better to sort the culprits out straight away.
