I've always randomly thought how heavy the a series is and how heavy the mini would be without the engine in it?
No real reason for this just curious!

pretty sure it's about 110kg with everything on?
lifted one with another person and they're heavy enough haha

Not too bad! Was wondering as the mini is quite light itself how much of it is actually the engine

about 150KG fully built with alternator etc....

very bloody heavy. 52 kg as found on Jeeves. my father could turn my mini round by bumping it and that was a rolling shell.(lifting it a few inches and moving a few inches)

My arse,52 kg
as said above, between 145kg and 150kg.
lighter than a honda engine either way
