Hi all,
Newbie here. My partner has today driven home her newly purchased 56 plate Mini Cooper 1.6.
It was purchased from Burton Joyce car sales, but, we have realised that none of the radio buttons are working. We called them up about this and they denied all knowledge saying it was working - which I know for a fact it wasn't, I tried using it on the test drive and found that I couldn't get it to work - just thinking that I was doing something silly.
But.... it has taken in a CD, which tells me it is functioning - it will not eject, telling me again that the button commands are not reaching the radio. I cannot alter the volume now switch it on/off. Simply - none of the radio buttons work at all. I have looked at fuses and they appear to be ok. The radio is backlit, which tells me it shouldn't be a fuse anyway.
Any help would be great!!

Take it back and park blocking their entrance until they fix it, it's their problem not yours.
