whats the classic mini handbrake gaiter supposed to look like ? my 1990 mini is missing one, just the mechanics of the handbrake popping through a split in the carpet.. Im guessing the gaiter has some kind of skirt that rests on the carpet to cover this?
seen plenty of ebay items - but I dont want to end up with some generic thing that does not fit correctly.

These no gaiter as standard ! The carpet covers the mechanics and the handel and bottom sticks out
