Does anyone know if there is anywhere that does 12" exaction style wheels? Preferably fairly deep dish,
like below but obviously 12"

Exacting didn't come in 12" form as far as I know. They're getting more expensive too because of the sudden craze with splitting them

nope, no one makes exactons, the ones you have pictured are standard ones that have been split.

Damn >_<

I knew those ones had been, but i was really hoping there was some way of getting them in 12's as i can't afford the brake conversion plus wheels :ohno:

What does splitting the wheel mean? Cutting them out and putting them in a different dish? :S

Essentially; they cut the original rim off, leaving the wheel centre, and bolt newer, wider/deeper dishes on.

Personally I think it's rediculous that everyone has jumped on this band wagon of splitting these wheels. It's another one of those things with the mini scene where people just copy someone else.

I bought some the other day, just to stop them being split, havnt got a car I want to put them on yet but I want the option to in the future without having to settle for some (IMO) ugly splits

I kind of agree adam, I loved them at first, but now every other car seems to have them! I still think they're nice, but they just don't do it for me now.

I do love the look of splits though

I do like the look of splits, although I do see where you're coming from. It is hard to do something on a mini that someone else hasn't already done, mind. I may look at getting slot mags or something, bit different.
