Can anyone tell me how to adjust this regulator please?

I have seen photos of a little pressure gauge attached to the regulator showing the PSI, can i attach one to mine? the regulator has holes on the side that seem to be bunged up with something but i cant see to remove it.

This is the regulator i have

Hi , undo and take off the domed nut but making sure you don't turn the nut underneath and under there is a slot which you turn to your desired amount then carefully refit the domed nut making sure the nut underneath does not move..... Don't take the stuff out on the sides just use the brass unions... 1 will be pipe in and the other pipe out..... I've never fitted a gauge so I can't really help on that side

Cheers james
