I've done a lot of searching and reading and found lots of people who have had conrods shot peened but not one of them has given the name of a single company that did it in any post I have found. Prices seem to range a lot too from £20/rod to £3.50/rod. I don't want to get ripped of and would rather send my rods to a known company than try my luck with the first one that comes up in Google. Can anyone help, ideally I'm looking for a company in the south east.

MED can shot peen rods. Or search for a company called "Metal Improvements".

Thanks Phil, I've dropped them both emails. Have you used either of them before and if so how much did they charge roughly?
