hi mini friends
minis unleashed ( my local mixed mini/MINI ) club would like to warn you that our private admin was hacked within the last few days,
while a bad thing to happen what makes it worse is the hacker is a chairman of a well known MINI club, although the club is not
releasing further info untill they have
legal advise and further evidence
our private admin contains club info and funding details so please check your security settings

Thanks for posting. I would like to advise that we dont have actual bank details on the forum but do discuss among other things, banking, funds ect.

Hello MINI friends,

MINIS Unleashed would like to warn you of an incident regarding our site, whereby our
private admin section was hacked within the last 24 hours. While this is a bad thing to
happen, what makes it worse is that it was hacked by the owner/chariman of a well
known MINI club.

MINIS Unleashed has a private admin section that is only visible to the A Team, whereby
we can discuss matters ( such as banking ) away from the forum. However, it would seem
that if youvery intelligent with IT, java development, ect you can hack into a website. As
such, a thread was copied from our hidden forum and posted on the hackers own admin
section where it was discussed. We have identified who it is but are not releasing the name
of the person or the club until we have more evidence and have taken legal advice on the
incident.

It is a shame that someone thinks they have the right to gain private posts/threads in a
manner that is disrespectful and quite possibly illegal.

We urge you to check your securtity settings ( although ours were secure ) and be vigilant
incase this happens to you.

the hacker has been revieled as the chair of notts mini club (nmc) there is a thread at minisunleashed.com
