Hi,

I have a 85 mayfair which has done a fair few miles (i dont actually know how many). I am thinking it could do with a engine rebuild/ restoration.

How much is a fair price for such a job?

Also what would you request them to do?

Is it possible for them to do this and the mini not leak afterwards or is that too much? Lol

P.s sorry if this is in the wrong section

i put new gearbox bearings, crank full grind, mains , big ends

thrusts, hone bore , rings, timing chain , waterpump, i fully balanced the engine

oil pump, clutch and arm, engine mounts, just lapped valves

gaskets, oil, spent about $700 but no labour costs
