Top Dash Rail Removal

Quick question before I start and do it wrong!
What holds the top dash rail cover in place, I can see the spring clips underneath holding the vinyl but is there anything else ?
I have had it covered up whilst working on the car as I thought I could get away without taking it off but now I am getting towards painting and sorting the inside I think it's better out of the way.
Any pointers gratefully received
Cheers Glyn

I've been having trouble with mine. I have removed all 3 nuts but the centre part just won't budge at all. I think it's stuck under the windscreen seal, any advice?
You will need to remove the windscreen

They can still be removed ! get a spanner around 15mm and wedge it between the rail and cover lever up and this will move the stud out of the hole!
I will stick mine in, put the glass back in... if you can get the damn thing out without causing damage I will happily give you £50
It might have had something to do with the holes in the dash rail too, but this thing wasn't coming out. that's a promise.
