I was wondering if anyone knows of any companies producing a product like this.
If not, does anyone know how hard it would be to convert them.

We did it on my mates estate, cut the windows from 4mm polycarb and bought some U channel for them to sit in.

Thanks for that.
That estate looks amazing.
How did you fix the windows in place?

it was a few years ago now, but we used something like this for the window to sit in.

Ok so i think i understand, correct me if im wrong.
So the U channel is welded or bolted to the car around the edge of the window frames, the rubber edging is then placed inside the channel, and the window slots inside the rubber?

we just fastened the rubber u channel to the car as it was steel reinforced, was an absolute ball ache as far as i remember getting the window in and sitting right. Come to think of it we had to space it out from the inner window frame
Thanks again.
Will give it a go when i get back off holiday, hopefully it will work well.

It was the biggest head scratcher of a job we had on that car and we were expecting it to be the easiest!
