Oh the alloys were not standard , I didnt know that !! ,were they just a rover/dealer fit option, and would they just have been silver with a plain black centre or was it a specific centre to the 35,when alloys were fitted ?

Mine's Nevada Red, and is not standard. The original interior was pink and grey. lol. Here's a link to a 35 brochure

got to admit you need a strong stomach for the interior....but I have returned it back to standard,it had small low back buckets...and I would need one for each arse cheek..so I sold the custom interior and went for original, the wheels not being standard were a surprise...dont know weather to find a standard set of trims now
The optional alloys we're rsp wheels, I think they're okay. I have anthracite superlights on mine.

Great to hear another White 35.
Original wheels were the standard 12"steel, and standard sprite wheel trims 145/70 tyres.
I've got white Superlights on mine, and the original interior (what were they thinking !)
I have a set of the original (winter) alloys, Centre caps for the optional alloys were black.

P.S. were they R.S.P. alloys, or mainstream cooper / injection cooper alloys.....they were later cars than the R.S.P. Cooper cars and wouldnt they just have standard rover minilights ? (ie with the four holes between spokes not at the base)
Thanks Mick

and 'Sprite spec' radio etc.
The other alloys that the Rover Garage originally fitted were the RSP typ ethough with the holes at the base of the spokes.
Spare is still the steel one though.

"sprite spec radio" sounds wonderful....does anyone have a spare ? mines fitted with a halfords bargain bin reject...so the proper one would be good to have...
