i want to get it featured ASAP so my question is, when should i send off for consideration ? should i do it now or wait until it's on the road and i've past my test ?

Cheers

Unless you want the photo shoot on your drive I would pass your test first

I'm getting mine featured in Mini magazine, I just sent them a load of photos and the story behind the car and they said I will be in a future episode.
I doubt you would get a full page feature as the main Minis in there are always very special.
They told me I would be in the 'Your Minis' section
Hope this helps.

Dont think anyone would be interested pal. Well not until you clean that speck of dust under the wheel arch!

Why not contact them direct from the address in the mag. Good luck.

It's not something you choose to do. Take your car to shows and keep it looking like that and it may get noticed

Yeah I would also love a full page feature but if I'm honest I know it won't happen.
They did not say what issue I would be in but to keep an eye out ?
So who knows

You need to contact Jon Betts and go from there. We did with Project Erm and had a three page spread in the On The Job section.

i want to take it to as many shows as possible, i just need to pass my test now although my dad could drive it to the show and i could pull up in it with my L plates

i'd ideally like it a little lower but i don't have adjustable suspension >_< but there is still some more weight to go in it yet and the tank is nearly completely empty so it might drop a little bit yet :proud:
