Hi all, after some help (no rush), I've just bought a new engine for my girl. I can do most and have on minis past and present, but I have never changed an engine before.
Is any one willing to give up a weekend to help change the engine over in exchange for some pocket money (tea and biscuits supplied as well).
I have most weekends free.
I've got to unwrap the engine to see what bits I need beforehand.
I've got to enquire about a hoist as well.
Just seeing if any one wants to lend a hand.

I could do mate im only in reading but i have little to none engine experience so i wouldnt be much help other than lifting things or am extra pair of hands. Not sure if thats the help your after?

Where abouts in didcot are you? Me and my mate might be able to help! And ive got another way of getting it out without a hoist!
You can just lift the shell and push it on its back wheels!
