so are you actually going to mod an auto engine to work on a manual?? there is a rough guide in that mini world spin-off mag, how to fix your mini. but you do have to have a spacer between the block and the oil pump. looks to be approx 1/2" thick. you can buy if off guys in america
Yeah, Ive already done the drilling on the block it just needs the different spool fitting and then rebuilding with the manual oil pump plus other various things that need to be done, the spacer is 1/4 thick it says on one site to machine it from aluminium but i would always make a steel one, becuase of the reaction between the black and the aluminium but thats just my opinion
