i wonder if any of you can help.

I Have changed the rear lights,wiring loom and switches on my 1992 cooper and the rear lights and side lights are on constantly....this is driving me nuts!!!!!!!!

The loom is from a 1987 mayfair, the switches are toggle and the rear lights are front indicator type.

Please help.
