FOR SALE: Rear half of a Mini. Would make a great base for a trailer project, very very little rust. There may be a little around the inner arches and there's a bit on the bumper lip but nothing serious, and I'll check and get pictures tomorrow. The rear 3rd of the boot floor was replaced a few years ago. This was done well and there's no rust coming back through at all. It's all very solid. The shell has been chopped an inch in front of the floor seat belt mounts giving you plenty of excess to play with.
Message for details if interested as I really have no idea how much to put this up for. Located in Kent
Some illustrative imagess shamelessly pinched from google to show what you could end up with.

Hey the Kawasaki ninja green trailer n car used to be mine it was my last project which is now living out its days in Georgia south America. Trailers are great for the mini as you get that extra valued space and also a few heads turning from the uniqueness

Rhys it looks amazing. If I had the time and didn't desperately need the space I'd love to do it myself, but it's just the wrong time.

Pictures pictures pictures! As I said this half of my Mini was solid and I always knew it was, but even I was surprised that it's all surface rust with the possible exception of the last 3 photos.
N/S forward subframe mount.
Patch in the wheel arch
N/S shock mount
Fuel line exit from boot
N/S rear subframe mount
O/S rear floor
O/S forward subframe mount
O/S rear subframe mount
Battery box is solid
Boot floor N/S
Boot floor O/S
Battery tray
Rear valence is a bit crunchy around the edge but otherwise ok
The obvious bit is only surface rust. 100% solid
O/S floor corner
N/S inner arch
O/S inner arch
Plenty of detail to make up your mind and to show it's not hiding anything. As I said, very solid.

No further interest in this? If it doesn't sell I'll have to scrap it as I have no room to keep it. Will be a shame to scrap such a solid shell. I'm happy for people to view if they want to.

Bump, and to add that I'm only 10 minutes away from Bewl Water, venue of Southern Mini Days. So if you'll be there and you want to take a look just let me know.
