The washer bottle is in the back, and I've got a leak in the windscreen washer tubing somewhere in the roof of the car. this leaves a mess and very little wash makes it to the windscreen >_<

The washer nozzles and tubes located under the bonnet are not blocked (i've checked) but there is a one way valve fitted in line. Is this standard?

as for the leak, i intend to attach new + old tubes togther, and pull the old one out. (hopefully leaving the new one in its place)

Where can I order the tubing from? Or can i buy it off the shelf in any motor factors?

Cheers, Jack

Just go to the scrap yard and pull a length of pipe out of anything. You will easily be able to remove the pipe from the engine bay of most cars and as a mini is so short I would imagine you can get one long enough from just the engine bay.

My astra has a length of pipe from a Peugeot 206 in it. I think my mini had a length of model plane tubing in it although that may have been for the vacuum line. They both worked.

Use hot water to soften the ends of the pipes to make them softer. This will allow you to push them onto fittings.

A motor factors might be cheaper than the petrol to get you to the scrappers

Tip: stick some non stretchy tape over the joiner so it's harder for the hoses to separate.
