Accidentally took the cover off instead of taking the relay out to check the connections. Put it all back together again (I think) but cannot work out what it actually does. Trying to diagnose another problem....

Ah ha! Interesting to see the inner workings of it, the spring fell out and I'm pretty sure I've put it back together ok (runs outside to check lights).
