I am looking for soundproofing..

I bought some dynomat from ebay a few months ago.. Was expensive.. I prefer not to spend that sort of money again.

Anyone have alternative that they can reccomend that is cheaper?

I've used Flashband, it works well & is a fraction of the cost. I found the 100mm wide is easiest to work with.
