Would you recommend them...do they know thier stuff, good rates, friendly ect ect ?

Daryl seems like a nice guy, I've seen a few times when I've been going to mini spares. He changed my steering wheel for me, and also gave me a very good quotes on some welding but I haven't got back to him yet.

I will probably be seeing him soon to get some work done my brakes as well, he always has a load of minis outside that he is working on and has done some pretty big engine conversions too.
