well after fitting the MED sustack ITG fiter ( before KN in housing drilled)

the performance is STRONG mid range and up, seems to have altered from

when the cam comes in seems later low 3's. it feels as if i have put like 276 cam in

instead of the mg metro cam, but still pulls well down low

any comments on this

I know ive already spoke to you about this but how does a med substack and itg filter sound with a 266 cam on a 1275?? Also are you running with two carbs or one

sounds great but not to noisey, in fact perfect
its so quick over 3500 cant believe what £90 can do
be great i reckon for 266 cam

my set up is mg metro, inlet ports been played with, stage 2 maniflow system,
balanced engine and the itg sub stack

changed needle to BDK seems like like it better with the sub stack

was a BDP minisport stage 1, car feels like it got 5 -10% more go

than originally before fitting it

My brother's running one of these with an ITG filter (basically the MED set-up but cheaper).

I think the stack it's self is about 25MM thick but IMO you're on a hiding to nowhere with pancake filters.

I bought an MED stubstack and ITG filter setup a while ago but have not fitted it to my HIF44 as my cylinder head is still being modified. I have got a newly built 1380 block with a 286 cam and the head will be heavily modified. The stubstack looks to be a solid piece of kit and the filter is a good design compared to an offset K&N.
I will be interested to see how it performs.
