I need your help guys n girls with my fuel pump question

The micra has a standard 'in the tank' fuel pump, now im looking at an aftermarket external one, so whats best? i have found that 3 bar of fuel pressure is common in fuel injection esp the micra. What about flow rates? because aftermarket ones say good for upto 150hp and im like i only going be making around 90 or so... so will i stress the regulator out if i run more or worse hold the injectors open or run to rich? >_<

So what fuel pump would you recommend?
Swirl pot or not?

Any help is muchly appreciated thank you

:proud:

Way back I got a 5psi or something pump, it was suggested for twin carbs. Worked fine on single carb as well.

What carbs are you using if I might ask?
