Hi all,

Meet 'minbin' my 79 mini 1000. I have set of 10x5 minilite style alloys and some hilos for her...just not sure I can do it as she is almost (bar some chromeworks etc) completely standard and on only 43k.

What do you guys think? I'm leaning towards keeping here as she is...

Cheers

Rob

I'd say upgrade it, but keep it standard looks-wise. :) Fit uprated suspension and hi-los/adjusta rides but keep them wheels!

i would sorta think of it as a period mod, they could always be set for standard right height but then you would also have the option to lower it at some point if you want

and definitely keep those wheels

Well I have the same issues as I have what was a completely standard 25th Birthday edition mini, but all the mods I have done and am planning are all bolt ons and removable so I can go standard again :) I see no issue with fitting something that I can remove at a later date
