hi guys, so my mini failed its MOT today ... pretty gutted really, no big problems so its not the end of the world, could use some of that brilliant advice thats offered on here tho!
1. fuel leak- this isnt a problem as i know where the leak is and is a simple fix
2. parking brake efficiency below requirements- does this just need adjusting or new shoes?
3. (nearside low) rear brake application uneaven - basically the NS is crap and bearly works. but why would only this one be useless ? again adjusting? new shoes?
4. (off side rear) PARKING break recording little or no effort - other side this time but this time its the hand brake?

Im going to get new shoes for the rear and adjust, and new pads on front then replace all brake fluid but is there any thing else i should check? replace? because im just going for the obvious.

all advice greatly appreciated !

Clean it all up and make sure the adjuster is lubricated. Other than that check the springs are good and also the handbrake quadrants on the radius arms are nice and free,

check wheel cylinders, and all the moving parts of the handbrake because they have a habit of rusting up
