I'm part way into a twin cam conversion and have come to the point of working out the best way to do the oil return and breather system. I had a couple of ideas which I put up on ausmini.com and got a fairly cold reception. Therefore I'm seeking some opinions on how it should or could be done. Perhaps some pics of how the drains and breathers were successfully run.

What I have is a 1380 block (A series) (non-side covers) and K1100 16V head. I'll throw up a couple of pics of a mock up and welcome some feedback. Pics of a proven system would be great.

thats looking good,

you dont need the can on the fuel pump drain thing unless you are venting it to atmoshere, so you could make it a lot smaller, I think the can could get in the way of the manifold,

I would use the now redundent distributor hole as your fill point. Loose the breather can on the back of the engine and put your oil return there.
