Hi just signed up today thought I would show you my recent purchase

As you can see from pics I have a lot of work ahead of me buti hope this to be a good starting point :) all the floors and sills have been replaced, the rear has been space framed but needs finishing, full cage and bulk head has been changed to fit vtec

Talking of vtec here's my other purchase

The dayi got the engine I stripped it for inspection to find a nice surprise

This is a whole new world to me I have never done anything like this before , I pick up the mini yesterday so no name for her as of yet the wife thinks I should call her millie but we will see :lol: so do you think it should be a good base to start from ?

I think what you have there is the base to a very fine mini conversion that turbo lump will liven things up a bit the work you have set your self will be a challenge but so rewarding;)

It needs a dirty name because that is just going to blow you mind and empty your wallet very quickly 👿

Thanks :) I was trying to work out the list of to do's earlier and it's endless lol I will start a thread soon just having a noey round the forum :thumbs: I think it's going to be a lot of blood sweat and tears but will be worth it

hi :) yer all forged pistons and rods are roughtly the same only difference is compression ratios these are low compression for forced induction so they prob are like the cooper s set
