we run valvoline XLD premium 20w50 in the race car seems good there isnt really a great range in nz , as for a machinic in whangerei id say try get it down to lee at minibitz in auckland

Thanks johnny. I was thinking of ordering some VR1 online from the UK but if XLD works well in your race car then it's good enough for me. I have spoken to Lee a couple of times but its just a mission to get it there as I live in OZ but keep the car in whangarei. Thanks for your help.

heya , nope cant say that ive ever seen that before, the xld is mid range in cost which is good as it gets changed quite a lot
