You don't have a hi lo there matey. It should be where the cone shaped thing is, that's the standard trumpet.

Also...like said earlier...check what type you have ( if you have them )
If you have the original Hi-lo on the rear, then you would have to drill a hole either side in the rear valance to fit the long 3/8" adjuster ( just a 3/8" allan )

Hi-Lo is a proper name that just started being used ( incorrectly ) to describe any adjustable cones.

Originals do not have the adjusting nuts ( aprox 1" ). They just have a small allan lock screw and the 3/8" allan on top. ( On a MkIII+ the large subframe tower bolt needs to be removed for adjusting.

So there could still be adjustable cones??

At the front, no, you do not have hi-lo's.
