yes.
1/2 meter 45 degs from vertical and horizontal. The whole thing needs looking at. They are doing it in close proximity to buildings and other vehicles causing missreadings also

i went in with Bob Bennet in his super mighty as i didnt have my own car ready this year. best £20 i have spent for a long time, was a brilliant experience!

i was surprised how trusting i was in someone elses driving, i thought it would be quite un-nerving but it really wasnt. the other thing i was surprised by was the way it pulled, for what is essentially a pretty basic engine build it packed some punch, 92 bhp ish? the way it pulled in 4th was impressive!

It was a cracking day. Lovely drive up and back, some lovely minis and good action on the track. Cracking auto jumble too - bought a decent 266 cam for a tenner :)

re the noise testing, its been 100Db for many years. They are very sensitive about the noise levels, they have had a lot of attempts by the locals to get the circuit basically shut down (by trying to inforce even lower noise levels making racing impossible), 1 recent attempt nearly succeeded too :(

anyway, was a cracking day (even if I could only attend for the morning, and not in a Mini :( )

regardless... 100db should be a certain level.
My car in its old state of tune had tested at 85-90 db's twin box maniflow at many rallys across the country. never failed their noise tests which are also very strict.
Come to combe and suddenly its 100db's. test it on my mates tester suddenly its back down to 90
If they wanted entrants to be down at 95 or so db's then they should advertise it at such!!
