Thought it was about time I made a progress thread ( no real progress lol but this is the start )

So I picked up a 1994 mini sprite from eBay and here she is :

As you can see it has a full weld in cage , all new sills/floor pans ( saves me a job lol ) , rear is space framed and bulk head modified for vtec

I also pick up a b16a2 and turbo kit stripped it when I got it home for inspection and found a nice surprise

Wossner forged low comp pistons and forged rods

And that's it for the progress lots of work ahead of me no progress this month as got my self an Akita pup :) here she is making her self at home in my box lol

wicked project definately gonna keep a watch on this, I swear I only saw this car on ebay a few weeks ago. Have you only just got it?

haha awesome, yeah I remember looking at this on ebay for ages, looks like a brilliant lil' project. Is most of the welding done then? Looks like a solid Mini

Yer it's solid no rust :) need to finish bulkhead and fit mounts for coilovers on rear then can start the fun lol

I am a perfectionist so I know I would be very picky with everything I would choose while doing a resto. But it would be done to how I wanted :D

So started tidying some of the body work today forgot to take pics but did take a couple when I remembered lol

The rear quarters had a horrible repair on them so cut it out and started again and here's the after pics lol still needs some work to make smooth but I was tired lol

I have yes I crushed it and had surgery to rebuild it lol very few people notice
And thanks will be ordering the paint on pay day :)

Progress will be slow lol but I will get there prob when I'm old and grey :lol: I can't wait to drive it lots of work ahead of me be it will be worth it :)
