Hi all,

I've been trying to find the suitable thermostat housing/sandwich plate and bolts for my 1994 Mini, but with not much luck

The thermostat housing and sandwich plate seem very hard to get hold of.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Try Somerford Mini. I prefer their web site anyway, as it is almost as good as the old Rover parts catalogues, with diagrams. I don't know exactly which parts you require, but many of them are in stock, and it may be possible to use an alternative part, depending on what sensor you need to fit.

As above, Somerford. They didn't have what I needed for a 1991 carb cooper so adapted one by tapping a hole for the sensor. Give them a call, they'll sort you out

Cheers guys. I got in touch with Minispares, and said it could be a couple of weeks until the thermostat housing is in stock.

I'll have to give Somerford a buzz, and see if they can adjust one.
