Hey peeps, anyone in the North West Region fancy meeting up on this run. We will be going from Cheadle to Skipton. Bizzie Lizzies Chippy. Supposed to be really really good. Won lots of awards.

i know last time we were very late and unfortunately you had to get off. Thats because we took the longest route possible to get to where we are going. This time its a straightforward drive there.

going down the m60 then the m66, a56, a6068, a56 again, a59, then a6069.

anyone welcome to join in. the place is a sit down chippy so will be big enough for us all. might have to book it tho as last place we went to happened to be quiet on that particular day but she said we wouldn't have got in otherwise.

Well I don't know if my Mini will be there or not yet, but I shall!

Anyways the more the merrier, Chippy Run 2 was alot bigger than Chippy Run, so I hope it'll just get bigger and bigger.

just got new engine so runing it in for 500>700 miles

Its sunday 2nd april. and we are meeting at the cheshire line for 11am. leaving shortly after and should be in skipton for 1pm

then leaving bout 2.30 to go to skipton castle.

i plan to wait on the a59 for the convoy where i will follow
anyone have a clue what time you guys will be hitting the a59 ?

We are picking up another mini enroute at J4 of the M65.

The route as follows for Sunday 2nd April

M60 towards Bury
M66 past Bury onto A56
turning onto A680 towards Clayton Le Moors
This then becomes A671
At Junction with A59 turn right to Clitheroe
Meeting some minis at Clitheroe.
Back out of Clitheroes and rejoin the A59 for Skipton.


Leaving the Cheshire Line shortly after 11am. so should arrive 12pm ish. all going well
Im missing out on this run but there are about 6-8 other minis going.

Hi there ,
what time and where are you meeting in Clitheroe, i live about 7miles from there just off a59 i would like to join you there the only problem is i am running in my rebuilt engine,
so will only be pottering if thats ok.

i will be at the juction of the a59/a671 (roundabaout)
might even get chance to grab a mc d's if i get there early enough !

where was everyone ?
three minis (mine included) made it to a VERY VERY wet skipton by 1 pm & managed to get some quality chips froms bizzy lizzies !
whats your usernames (i forgot to ask !) so we can keep in touch.....
im off now to take the plug out me floor pans as the inside of my mini is like a bath !
